Ashley Talley
The Adrenaline Sports Program is a great benefit that SnagAJob.com provides for a lot of reasons:

  • It has been really great to get to know and bond with other Snaggers who I may not have talked to prior to our lunch hour workout.
  • It gives me a true sense of accomplishment seeing results over the past 9 months, both in performance level in our workouts as well as in my clothes J
  • I love that Paul trains you based on your own personal fitness level and uses encouragement to push you to run harder, go longer every time – he is not the drill sergeant type.  Even if you don’t think you are not as “fit” as others it’s not awkward like high school gym class, Paul makes you feel like you fit right in. 
  • It is a great alternative to going to the gym
  • Having been participating in the Adrenaline Sports workout since the beginning I can truly say that it has not only helped me take a closer look at my health but it has given me a chance to reexamine how to grow professionally – it has provided a new sense of focus for my life.

We are working as a team outside of the office and that helps us work even better as a team inside the office. “I had never really exercised prior to taking advantage of the Adrenaline program at SnagAJob.com.  I don’t consider myself athletic and am a bit of a klutz. I’ve been doing working out with Paul 2-3 times weekly since September 2008.  Adrenaline Sports has improved my balance and my breathing.  I feel stronger and more fit.  I’ll never be a long distance runner; but I’ve increased my running ability, bettered my stride and can actually run a good distance without stopping.  I find Adrenaline provides a perfect mid-day break from deskwork and has proven to be a real stress buster that helps me re-focus in the afternoon.   Because of this program, exercising has become a part of my routine that I don’t want to miss each week and that I look forward to.  That’s something I NEVER thought I’d be able to say!”

Personally I find that it is much easier to be motivated by your peers than solely by yourself.  Working out as a team or group outdoors is much more fun and competitive than working out by yourself indoors. At 47 years old I never thought I could have the strength and stamina that I did when I was in my late teens and early 20s but working out with Paul and my friends at work I think I have achieved that and more. His workouts engage so many more major muscle groups in a shorter time span that I could ever hope to get from a gym.

The program is awesome!  I like the variety that the program offers – We never do the same workout, and each workout provides a lot of variety. It’s a combination of strength training, endurance conditioning, and speed/agility training. It’s great for beginners, or for advanced athletes because you’re going at your own pace.  And you can do so much more with a team of people than you can on your own.  When I started the program, my goals were to increase my endurance conditioning and develop a stronger core, both of which have been achieved.  I enjoy supplementing the workouts with my regular training – It’s great to do them on your lunch break because it gives me the chance to regroup and clear my head before getting back on the grind.  I would absolutely recommend the program to anyone!

I love Adrenaline Sports because it really breaks up my work day.  A lot of times I go home at lunch, eat as much as possible, and end up being tired the rest of the afternoon.  Now I come back to work, feeling good about myself, like I really accomplished something. It also really helped me with my 10K time.  I ran the 10K last year in about 54 minutes.  This year, the ONLY training I did was working out with Paul 2 or 3 days a week.  I had a goal this year to break 50 minutes, and finished in 45:59!  I was so proud of what I accomplished, and know that it all came from working with Paul.
