 On-Site Corporate team building: Adrenaline Sports USA will come right to your office to train your company and its staff. This unique training system is safe, fun and extremely beneficial. No equipment set up or room reconfiguration is necessary, we just need a willing group and the great outdoors. Employees will feel energized, more productive and thankful that they can get their work out in while at work. Participants will also bond with one another on a level not typically reached in a work setting, improving your corporate culture. Sessions typically run for 45 minutes. When I think about the way I used to work out I laugh now because I have realized what it means to truly work my body to its full potential. This is all because of Adrenalin Fitness. Paul has pushed me further then I ever thought I could go. I am an overweight woman with a lot of weight to lose but for the first time in my life I feel like I can do it. In a matter of 9 weeks Paul had me jogging and doing all kinds of things that I never thought I was capable of doing. I have lost 50 pounds to date and feel great. Not only is Paul a support structure but he is a motivator. I have never slept better at night and have more energy throughout the day. When I started Adrenaline Fitness I didn’t want to do it at all I was forced by my coworkers… now I do program willingly 3 times a week!!! This is the best thing I have ever done for myself!
